Gas safety certificates

As any responsible landlord knows, in a rented property, it’s a legal requirement to have gas safety checks carried out on all appliances every 12 months. And at Quick Flow, we also recommend this service to general homeowners as a way of ensuring the ongoing safety of their home. This is why we’re pleased to offer a gas safety certificates service, no matter whether you’re a landlord or homeowner.

Our service includes:

A full survey of gas pipework
A gas safety certificate that covers you for up to 12 months

Gas appliance servicing

We also offer a servicing option for boilers, cookers and fires. The benefits of this service include:

Our pricing

For gas safety certificates, Quick Flow charges a set price of £70 for up to two gas appliances, and £20 for every additional gas appliance thereafter.

For gas appliance servicing, Quick Flow charges a set price of £60 for every gas appliance.
